We offer a variety of payment options to ensure convenience for our customers. For orders within the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Kirtipur), we provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) service. For orders outside the valley, we offer delivery via courier company, and a prepayment is required.

For prepayments outside the valley, customers have two options:

Collect from Courier Partner’s Office: Customers can opt to collect their parcel from our courier partner’s office, with a charge of Rs 100.

Home Delivery: Customers can choose to have their order delivered to their home, with a charge of Rs 200.

Currently, we accept several payment methods, including COD, Bank Transfer, eSewa, Khalti, FonePay & PhonePe, We are continuously exploring additional payment gateways to enhance the payment experience for our customers.

Regarding delivery times, for customers within the Kathmandu Valley, we strive to deliver all orders before 10AM on the same day. Orders placed after 10AM are typically delivered the following day. For customers outside the valley, delivery times vary depending on the location, ranging from 1 to 7 days.

balance amount can be paid at the time of delivery
